of real estate experience, Alice has been a consistent million-dollar
producer for Hunneman Real Estate since 1990. She has earned the GRI
(Graduate Realtor Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)
designations and, in addition, has been recognized in Who's Who
in Luxury Real Estate. Having moved to various parts of the country with her husband and five daughters a total of nine times, Alice's personal level of familiarity with the perils and thrills of relocating is practically unmatched in the local real estate community. She and her husband, in addition to renovating most of their homes, have been buying, renovating and managing residential and commercial properties since the early 1970's. Alice is a recognized interior decorator with a great knowledge of space planning, design and color. Marblehead residents for over 25 years, Alice and her husband serve on multiple local boards, including The House of Seven Gables, The Junior League of Boston and The North Shore Medical Center. |
Born and raised
in Hong Kong, Christine left at age 18 to attend college in Australia.
She remained in Australia for over 5 years before marrying and moving
to the United States. Christine's first career was as a computer programmer, working for large companies and with the first computers used commercially. Her career in the computer field ended when she started a family at the end of the 70's, and her career in real estate simultaneously began. During the 70's and 80's, Christine and her husband bought, sold, renovated and rented many residential and commercial units. In 1991, she joined Hunneman Real Estate as a sales associate. A consistent multi-million dollar producer, Christine brings with her a thorough knowledge of the housing market. |
